This Shipping Policy explains how Zysole processes and ships orders to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1) Shipping Coverage (Where We Ship)
Currently, Zysole ships only to the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (USA). If your delivery address is outside the UK or USA, checkout may not be available. We may expand to additional countries in the future.

2) Handling Time (Order Processing)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (handling time). Handling time refers to the time it takes to verify, prepare, and pack your order before it is shipped.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
3) Estimated Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Please note: transit times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, major sales events, severe weather, or carrier delays.
4) Total Delivery Estimate
The total estimated delivery window includes both handling time and shipping time:
Total estimate: 1–2 business days (handling) + 5–7 business days (shipping) = 6–9 business days
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
5) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and the shipping option shown. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment.
If you see any promotional shipping offers, they will also be shown at checkout and may be subject to conditions (such as minimum order value or limited-time availability).
6) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation that may include tracking information (when available). Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has scanned the package.
- Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and carrier.
- If tracking shows “Label Created” or “Pre-Shipment,” please allow time for the first carrier scan.
7) Delivery Address & Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Zysole is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, or incorrect postal codes.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to help before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
8) Missed Deliveries, Refusals & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you once it is received back (if returned to sender).
- Re-shipping may require additional postage costs.
- Refunds (if requested) may be adjusted to reflect shipping/handling costs where permitted.
9) Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen due to events beyond our control: severe weather, customs or regional restrictions (where applicable), carrier operational delays, peak seasons, incorrect address details, or local delivery disruptions.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking first. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist.
10) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. For the fastest assistance, include:

- Delivery address
- Tracking number (if available)
- Photos of the package and items (for damage claims)
We may work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue according to carrier policies and our internal procedures.
