6. Failed or Declined Payments

7. Refunds & Reversals

- We cannot issue refunds to an alternative account or in cash.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you believe there is an error with your payment, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via the original payment method.
