⚠️ We do not accept cash, cheques, or bank transfers for online purchases.

2. Currency

6. Failed or Declined Payments

7. Refunds & Reversals

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing time: 7 business days (depending on your bank or provider, it may take longer for funds to appear in your account).
  • We cannot issue refunds to an alternative account or in cash.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If you believe there is an error with your payment, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
  • Zysole reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks that are fraudulent or unjustified.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via the original payment method.
