At Zysole, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Return Window

  • Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted. We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
  5. Refund or Replacement: If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Zysole will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

A replacement or full refund will be offered once the return is verified.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
